I have read the solutions but still cannot get past the requirement for Snapfish and finish the set-up. My wife set up a Snapfish account a long time ago and we went thru the "forgot password" protocol and changed the password but the new password is not accepted when I enter it. I think that is because the email address I used to register the printer is not a mobile address- it is my home email account. This is extemely aggravating and beyond some obscure note in the user agreement that I found after rereading it I do not think HP provides good user information in advance of beginning the set-up process. This experience will, AGAIN, makes me think twice about buying a HP devise.
