E-print password linked to Snapfish??

Hello,
I want to register my printer on E-print .... but I can not because my email address is linked to Snapfish. Unfortunately, I forgot my pass word and E-print reference that I need to get in touch with Snapfish. But they will not return.
Why are they connected ..... it was the same when I would register at the forum.
But here I was able to change the password.
I want to use my personal email address on E.print :-) How should I do?
