I have an OfficeJet 8500a Plus at work and a OfficeJet 4630 at home, both on HP Connected. When I scan and email a document from the 8500A to the 4630, it switches orientation in the cloud. Instead of portrait, it becomes landscape and correspondingly tiny to fit on the page. Help!
