We're trying to log onto HPConnected and it's saying that we already have an account despite not having signed up previously. So we tried to reset the password on the account that it says exists, and when we click on the link to reset the password in the email, it sends us to a page that says:
SERVER ERROR
Oops! Something just went wrong with our server.
Try refreshing the page.
This has been happening for two days now and we have been unable to connect the printer to the cloud as yet. We are using a Google Chromebook
Please can you assist?
