I have a problem with this printer and iPad 2. This printer is configured for the wireless and current firmware is 20120130. The iPads have iOS 7.0.4 and the apps are fully updated.
I just printed out a configuration page and right now this printer is not obtaining an IP address. The wireless AP is right outside the classroom that this printer and iPads are in. On the printer, the blue status light blinks next to the wireless button. For some reason, this printer is dropping the wireless signal which means it is not retaining an IP address. Because of that, when a student tries to print something from Pages, the printer will NOT show up as a selected printer.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
