I have just set up my HP Connected/eprint account for my HP Officejet 6700 printer. I went through all of the instructions and generated a code for me to register my printer. My printer has shown up but I notice that I have 2 alerts next to the printer that has been registered. The alerts are as follows:
- Online
- Problem with printer
When I click onto the latter message I get the following message
- An unspecified problem was reported. Please check your printer.

I have checked the printer but it is not indicating any problems. I did however deleted the web service and re-registered the printer again. This time it seem to have solved the problem but when I went back into the account later in the day the alert re-appeared.
Could anyone help in this matter.
