How Do I Enable Web Services?

I have the LaserJet 1606dn and it prints fine connected via USB to an iMac (OS X 10.6.8). I'm trying to set it up for ePrint.

I've updated the firmware to current version.

When I print the printer config page, the Status is "Not Connected" and the ip address shows as 0.0.0.0.

When I look at System Preferences, the Printer Location is "iMac". But I need to set it to a separate ip address, correct?

What do I need to do?
