I have had nothing but trouble with this printer since I purchased it. Whenever I want to scan or print via the internet print feature, it always says not connected. However, when you look at the connection screen, it says it is connected. Then you print out a test sheet with the information about it being connected and it says it is connected but when you go to scan, it says not connected. I have always had an Epson, I don't know why I let the BestBuy guy talk me into buying this one. I buy a new printer every year and now I am stuck with this till January. This is the worst printer I have ever had.
