all my mail is listed as spam and will not be printed out
I run a webshop where all order email is sent to printer in physical stores so they are ready to be ekspideret - or should be ready
We have set "approved sender mail in all printer, but still they are marked as spam and not written out
It is definitely not satisfactory to approved email addresses will be filtered as spam and not printed in the stores. My customers are well mad about that their order is ready for pickup when they get to the store.
How can this be corrected, as approved email actually remain approved and printed as expected?
What is the algorithm for spam filter since they are rejected, even if sender is authorized. I ask because we might do something in the sender from our webshop
