Hi,
I just cleared a paper block, one page from the front and one from the back. When I put theback back in and continued
printing, thr pages were feeding askewed. When I opened the back a piece of the printer was laying on the bottom. Stamped on the plastic, it is black is the number S3 > pom <. It has two hinged guides on top. On one face are some groved horizontal lines, three vertical rows. Could you tell me where it goes and how to secure it?
