I have had the HP Office Jet Pro 8600 for a week. Today I printed 7 4x6 photos. Then I went to copy a life insurance application - I used the auto feed tray on top so I did not have to load one page at a time. My copies have different type lines clear through the document. It is so strange - I mentioned what I was doing before because I have used the auto feeder to copy before and no problems. I cannot figure out why it is doing that ???? Please help
I even ran a head cleaner at the first level - I know they shouldn't need cleaned as I have only owned printer for a week - but thought that maybe after photos this caused a dirty head. Anyways - these lines are like the lines you pick on word documents one bold line and a fine line - lines you may use for a border for a resume or something - it is neat. I cannot however submit a life insurance application with lines clear through the document.
Before this issue I was so happy words cannot explain - now I am really worried !
