I have been using my HP Envy 2x for work these last few months. I got an HP Laserjet Pro M1212nf MFP.
I was never able to get it to network print. The other day I finally got my office computer running WIN7. I plugged in the printer and the set up automatically popped up.
I went through all the prompts and it eventually asked me to unplug the usb cord. I did and not this new computer can print via the network.
Why can't my HP Envy do the same? If it could that would make life so much easier for me.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the full software and ran the printing doctor and their fix the issue.
