I cannot connect to ePrint and EWS on both of my printers, Photosmart 7520 and Officejet 6500 Plus. I have both of them installed on both of my computers, Macmini running 10.6.8 and a laptop running Win 8.1. When I go into internet settings and hit the webservices button for my Photosmart, I'm told there is no connection to EWS. When I go into internet settings for the Officejet, the message I get is You are registered,
Web Services Status : Registered
To disable Web Service, go to your printer, touch the on the display screen, and follow the instructions. Once Web Services is disabled, you will not be able to access this Web Services page. To access this page again, you will need to enable Web Services from the printer.
