I have previously successfully used my Photosmart B110 with a Netgear router, but have now changed ISP to EE. I have gone through setup with their EE-Brightbox router https://broadband.ee.co.uk/bright_box_router
The wireless network test report says the printer is on the network. However, the Apps setting on the printer reports an -1 error - cannot connect to server.
I cannot now setup the printer to print from a mac (10.9) or iPad Air.
On the Mac I can't connect to the printer to add through system preference -> printers ->Aiprint ... "cannot communicate with printer"
iPad print says the printer is offline
Is there a setting on the router I should change, or an update on the printer?
