HI,
I'm in Hong Kong and used HP eprint for more than 2 years already.
when I login to www.hpconnected.com (i'm currently in Hong Kong) , it will redirect me to a blank page www.hpconnected.com/hk/en then nothing display on screen. I tried to use safari, IE...etc different browser and it's seems the same.
If I login to https://h30495.www3.hp.com/c/46486/HK/en/ from Hong Kong, it will have a poup screen to let me redirect to www.hoconnected.com but the redirect was always failure and return to the HP eprinter center main page.
Can u help me to solve this problem , was it due to my eprint account ?
