I used my iPad, I can send an mail to xxxxx@hpeprint.com and I receive a confirmation email and it printed.
But with my Galaxy S7 phone and Tab A 10.1 tablet, nothing happen after sending the email to xxxxx@hpeprint.com.
Help.
