Issus with Eprint center

Have an Issue  login in eprint center.

I use my pro email address. When I log Eprint center tell me to connect  to "HP Connected" now . I click on the link and I'm back to eprincenter home page. and need to connect again ( so it is no ne end loop) . I ask to change my password and it works. So look my account exis , but I cant log in.

I create a new account with another Email address and it works , I can log and add printers.

My issue is that i needd to use my pro email address ( the one which didn't works)
