I have similar but different problem, and the document that you provided does not offer a solution.
I have a ethernet networked HP 4550 color laserjet that is recognized by ePrint Mobile App running on my IPAD.
I can print webpages without issue, however when I print a photo, regardless of size, the printer appears to recieve the job, but nothing prints.
ePrint appears to process the job very quickly (too Quickly), and the "data" light on the printer flashes and the printer screen displays "processing Job", however when ePrint finishes processing the job (the progress bar completes), the printer light stops flashing and the screen returns to "ready", and nothing comes out of the printer.
it only apears to occur with photos.
