I used this once months ago, it worked fine without any problems. Need to print another page of stamps. After selecting the stamps I wanted I select purchase. A message says it will print after it downloads. It never downloads or prints. No error message. I've tried this several times, the last 2 weeks. I contacted Stamps.com they told me to contact HP, so it must be a printer problem, but I have another app that prints daily, so I believe the printer is setup correctly. I'm fed up with Stamps.com I don't like their service, but I purchase labels for the stamps, and they have my money, so I want this to work. Why won't it print?
