I have spent most of the day examing posts on this subject and tried most everything, to no avail. I have powered on and off my computer and printer, disabled and enabled Web services, put in my proxy address, reset up my wireless network, I tried replacing the DNS server with the Google DNS servers (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) as suggested, and still no luck. Seems like anything that has been printed I have tried. Network test results come back with no problems found. I am able to print uysing my HP email address. I cannot scan from the printer but scan from the computer works. However, each time I try an app, the message I get is "Unable to connect Web Services". I have sent an email to HP support but no response as yet.
About the only thing I have not done that was mentioned is to update my Firmware, which I do not know how to do. Any other suggestions??? It would be nice to make use of the the printer features.
