claim code and how to get one

Hi

I've had a Deskjet Ink Advantage 3525 for around two-three months. All has been fine until about a week ago when it stoped printing anything I send via my hpeprint email. I believe what I need is a claim code but I don't have the piece of paper which it was (so I am told) printed on and when I press ePrint - print info all I get is the sheet of paper that came with the last update about mobile printing from your phone.

How can I get hold of my claim code?
