HP 5510. I have had problems with my printer connecting to the server on occasionally. However I now find that I cannot access the apps online. I have the apps page loaded on the pc then I am required to sign in. After signing in I am automatically directed to HP Connected.com. I have then clicked Services/printables. It starts receiving data but nothing comes up. It is so frustrating that I cannot access the apps. Am I doing something wrong. My printer will print the apps that I have scheduled but I cannot access the apps online to change or add any settings.
