so, I have the same problem - kind of. during the switch from HP e-Print to Connected, my 8600 Plus somehow got disassociated with my account. I can log into Connected, and then I try to add my device. Asked for a claim code. Followed instructions, and as OP, my Print Info shows 3 lines - my printer's e-mail address (which is the name I set up), and then steps 2 and 3 that say to log in to HP Connected.
I'm in an endless loop - help! :smileyfrustrated:
