There was no response to my initial question dated 4-12-2014. This is my second attempt at trying to get an answer to my question. I am trying to connect my daughter's Envy M4 laptop to a Deskjet 3050A ePrinter wirelessly. The Envy communicates with the printer when connected via USB but not via ePrint. I have downloaded the ePrinter software recommended from the HP software Drivers and the software installation was successful, I selected a document to print, but it did not print. I uninstalled/reinstalled the software and received the same result when trying to print another document. There were no further steps mentioned after the successful installation. Are further installation steps required that I did not receive? Please, I need assistance
