I just bought a Photosmart 6520 yesterday. I've been trying to get everything set up, and this entails setting up an account on eprintcenter.com and taking care of business there. However, over the last 24 hours I was able to access the page for all of 5 minutes after approximately 4 hours of trying. This enabled me to create an account. Then the page crapped out again before I could go any further.
The message I keep getting on eprintcenter.com is as follows:
The HP ePrintCenter is offline for maintenance
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please check back soon.
If I am going to constantly get close to 100% downtime on this site, how am I ever going to complete setting things up for eprint and related services? This gives me considerable lack of confidence in HP right now, and I am seriously considering taking the **bleep** printer back for a refund.
