printing from mobile

Hi

I've got a HP Officejet 6700 premium. Everything installed.

I have a problem. I'm unable to print from my mobile phone which is a HTC One. I've downloaded the HP ePrint app . Every time I try to print, nothing is printed and blank paper just comes out of the tray.

I don't have the same problem with my iPad which works well.

I've uninstalled and reinstall the app but to no avail.

Please help.
