We updated to Web Jetadmin 10.3.88120 on a Windows 7 workstation and now the Contact Person column shows <20 whereas it used to show 192. If we click on the Config tab of a printer showing or not showing the Contact Person, it is entered in My settings under System Contact. Of the 60 LJ5550 printers we have, the Contact Person now shows only 2 where all 60 used to show.
Also, and even on the previous version not all of the IP Hostnames show. Within the same model, some show and some do not. Within the same subnet, some show and some do not. And all show in the Config/Network/System Name.
Is there something simple that we have overlooked in the update to show all Contact Persons and is there some way that we can display all IP Hostnames?
