hp service plugin - nexus 7

Hi all,

I had a nexus 7 (android 4.4.2) with hp service plugin pre-installed. I had a hp officejet 6700 wifi printer which is connected thru wifi.

I had a word document (.doc) in QuickOffice. I click the print button in QuickOffice and it has shown the below screen (link provided below), except that all the items (copies, paper size) and the "Print" button is greyed out which does not allow me to amend or clicked.

Anyone know what else I need to do? Do I need to download the "HP e-print" software? (I thought in Android 4.4.2, the hp service plugin itself should be sufficient to perform wifi printing.
