"Problem with Printer" Status on HPConnected.com

I have a brand new HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus that I set up on HP ePrint.  It was working with the e-mail address xxxx@hpeprint.com.  At that point, the status of my printer on the HP Connected web site showed a green check for "Online" but below that, a yellow bang" and the message...

"Problem with Printer".  When clicked for additional information, it states that "An unspecified problem was reported. Please check your printer. See printer front panel for information on resolving this condition."

The front panel of the printer shows no errors.

For troubleshooting purposes, I deleted the printer from the HP Connected web site and then added it back.  The "Status" column then showed all green checks. I then went into settings to manage access and it shows the two e-mail addresses that I had previously enabled. If I try to remove either one of them, I get the following error message...

"Please try again later. Unable to remove the email address from the list."

The printer is on wired Ethernet with a static IP address.  I have also tried replacing the DNS server with the Google DNS servers (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4).  No luck.

At this point, I have three issues...

  1. The printer shows an error status on HPConnected.com.
  2. I can't use the original e-mail address I want for the printer (it says that it's in use).
  3. I can't manage users' access.

Help!
