Apparently there's a new "upgraded" site(hpconnected) that i get sent to instead of being about to access the eprintercenter? This site has hardly any options to do anything with my printer....i obviously see where to order more ink...you never miss the chance to sell us more of something...where do I manage the apps on my printer....I have tried to set up the scan to email wizard but i have no freaking clue what my STMP server is...i tried for about an hour to figure that out. Then after trying scan to a network folder...couldnt get that to work either....whys this so complicated? Now I want to add the scan to email APP onto my printer....
ISSUE 1....THERE IS A BUNCH OF JUNK APPS ON MY PRINTER AND THIS NEW SITE DOES NOT GIVE ME OPTIONS TO DELETE THEM. ON MY PRINTER IT TELLS ME TO GOTO THE SITE TO MANAGE THEM.....
ISSUE 2....I WANT TO DOWNLOAD THE SCAN TO EMAIL APP BUT THAT IS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND IN THE NEW HPCONNECTED SITE....
Can anyone help with this??
