This is case #3002912591.

We had a Officejet 6500 which, after a few years would not print black. The print head had failed. We were told that it was cheaper to buy a new printer, so we bought the Officejet 8600 and installed it.

At the time the new printer purchase was made, we were told that we could exchange the inkjets (#920) for the new ones we needed (#950). No such cooperation was done.

Today, I spoke with your Technical Supervisor, Gizel, who promised me that when i contacted the isbescalationteam@hp.com, your company would  contact me for the exchange of ink cartridges. We have 920 color, 920xl color, and 920xl-2 pack in unopened poackages ready for exchange.What do you say?
