I have an HP Photosmart 7510 Printer, Model C311A Product # CQ877A.
It is connected via wireless to a Netgear router that in turn is connected to a desktop (windows 7), laptop (windows 7) and Surface Pro (windows 8) Computers. All three computers can print to the HP printer.
However I am not able to print via eprint (from Ipad/Iphone) after it is set up on the printer and the printer indicates Eprint is on, and after the HP Eprint App is on the Iphone/Ipad and it has found the printer on line, is able to "print to" it, but nothing prints. I have perfored the registration and verification from the Apple devices.
Accessing my account on line, I am given that there is an error in the printer and to look for the error message on the display on the printer.
Unfortunately, there is no such message on the printer. Looking at the que for the printer, there are no waiting items to be printed.
Any thoughts?
