I have the eprint app on my Kindle fire HDX and also on my iphone 5C. I have two printers one is a HP 6940 connected to my router by a cat 5 cable and the other printer is a HP 1102W Laser printer. It is wireless no wires except AC. This is my problem with the Kindle both printers work when I try each one with the EPrint App. With my Iphone 5C both printers are there a little green dot saying that they are okay. So I can print using the HP 6940 printer and with the laser printer that is wireless it says that it is printing on my 5C and it all looks good but nothing happens. The printer does not even turn on. When thier is a signal it comes on automatic to print. So this is my problem. If any one can help that would be great. My email address [edited personally identifiable information].
