Using eprint from website (smtp print- php code)

Hi,

I'm a web developer and have a website that is trying to send smtp emails to an HP eprint capable printer for a customer of mine.  The website basically builds an HTML based email and sends it over to the customer's eprint email address.  I'm using a 3rd party SMTP service (jangosmtp) and have confirmed that the email made it out of that service over to the eprint address.  I never get an "eprint Job received" message and the print job doesn't print on the printer.  The emails are being sent with a "from address" of no-reply@funtimebouncehouses.com

I have tested the customer's eprint email address by sending a sample email over from my email (MS Outlook) and I get the "eprint job received" email and it prints successfully.

I do not have access to the customer's HPConnect account, but I'm trying to direct him to that to see if he can look at the settings for me or maybe see a history of emails that have been sent to his printer to see if it indicates an issue.

Three questions for this forum:  A)  Can you tell me if printing from a webpage in this manner is supported  B) Is there any direction I can give the customer once he gets into his hpconnect account to research this, and C) is it possible your print service is seeing this as spam?  any way of knowing?

Thanks in advance,

Jason
