Hi, I have a Deskjet 3520e printer and am running Windows 7 home ed., The printer is on line, we can print from any device on the network, but can not connect to get updates for e-print to get a claim number to start e-print. I have uninstalled the printer and reinstalled it got new frimware and other software, reset printer to factory defualt, still no go, just get "THE PRINTER COULD NOT CONNECT TO THE INTERNET, CHECK INTERNET CONNECTION". I have gone to the IP address of the printer it shows a green checkmark for the printer to internet and a red X for e-print to internet.
