I just got a new HP printer and am having some problems. When I try and set up the printer I am able to print out the alignment page but then when I try to scan it to complete the process it says it failed to align and just goes with the standard alignment. I would not think this to be a problem but then when I try to print other documents some things mess up. When printing a Word Doc, nothing happens, it just skips over the text. I am able to print a successful printerhead test page with colored boxes at the top. The ink levels are to the max for each but the black ink just seems to not be working. Any clue as to what is going on? I am very lost.
