Currently using Officejet Pro 8600
Scan to e-mail app has worked like a dream for a few months but has started to have connection issues within the past week. Multiple retries was working briefly but no longer does the trick.
Error message:
"Connection error
The printer was unable to connect to the server. Check your internet connection and try again"
Troubleshooting conducted thus far:
- Updated driver
- Reset network
- Reset printer
- Tested other apps - the printer successfully connects to them
It appears that the scan to e-mail function is the only one giving me any issues. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
