Hello,
I am trying to use hpeprint service however any email sent to my printer from google mail returns with the following error:
Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:
*******@hpeprint.com
Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain hpeprint.com by onramp01.hpeprint.com. [15.201.184.201].
The error that the other server returned was:
550 5.7.1 Command rejected
Any solution? We use paid google apps so basically there is not much use of this service without google mail working with it. Emails from other providers goes thru fine. Thank you.
