Apps and Hp web services are not connecting

hello,

I have recently gota new Laserjet Pro MFPM127fw printer. Everything is working fine includung wireless printing. The only problem i have is with the apps and the HP web services. I cannot get the claim code and the apps would not connect. i have tried to enable the HP WS without sucess. It keeps connecting forever. I cannot also print the information sheet or display the email address of the printer. I have read about changing the DNS(????) which i have done to google ones withoiut sucess.

I am using windows 8.1 and have DSL internet conection at home

any solutions please.
