One day while using our printer , the printer started printing a shadow on the color ink, now has a shadow on all color printing. We have gone through and checked the printer settings, any idea.?On the computer screen it does not show a shadow only on the actual printing does it show up.
There is also an error message saying there is a paper jam and there is not one.
Any ideas, I hate to not use this printer because it has full ink cartridges...help.
