Since I was working primarily from my office downstown, I did not use my HP OfficePro all-in-one for several month. Then had a reason to start working on projects from the home. Had to replace all of the ink and we were reassured by Staples that the heads were OK. They were and it copies beautifully; however, it does not print remotely. I use the same laptop in my downtown office and it prints perfectly through wireless. The printer shows the wireless is "on". There must be a simple answer. The wireless works, because I'm otherwise working online from home. Best Buy and Staples say I need to buy another. I'm hot convinced. Any help?
