Trying to use FAX with the Zeen that's Not seeing the network

I am using a Zeen tablet with my C510 a Photosmart eStation Printer and it cannot find the network so I cannot send a fax.  It works fine otherwise.  I completely reset the Zeen and uninstalled all of the printer software.  I then downloaded the latest software for this printer and installed it.   I still get the notification that the network is not available.  Everything works except the FAX function.
