I removed a wireless printer that had been set up for eprint. Now I need to re-install it and am trying to get the claim code.
The directions in the troubleshooting guide tell me " On the printer control panel, touch Setup (
), and then touch Web Services ." But the control panel on the Officejet 6600 does not have an option for Web Services under Setup. How can I get my claim code, since I cannot print the information sheet?
