When I attempt to connect the Printer to the Internet by using the ePrint button I get a message that the printer cannot connect to the Internet. The printer is connected to the network and accepts prints wirelessly from the computer and iPhone/iPad. The HP Network Configuration Page printed from the printer appears to show all the right information and the Wireless Network Test Result page appears to show passes under all headings and shows Internet as Connected. What settings should I look at and what steps should I take to resolve the problem
