Could this be a spam email?

Hi,

I just got an email confirming receipt of an ePrint job.  I have never heard of ePrint.

The email was sent to a nonexistent email address at an email client that accepts anything sent to that domain name.

I'm wondering if this is just a spam email, or could someone be somehow connecting to my printer, or could there be other weird things going on that will cause me grief?

Any help would be great.
