Problem description:New HP M601 was set up and networked in our building. The ePrint feature was turned on and an HP ePrint email address of was created in HP Connected. I am intermittently able to email to this address and print out. If an email is sent to this HP address from an email address outside of my company, it will print with limited success. In particular, I am trying to get efaxes from Ring Central to print automatically when sent to the ePrint email address. These are emails with a PDF attachment. (Product number: CE989A )
Troubleshooting steps taken:I have gone through some network settings as well as the machine configuration and cannot seem to determine the cause. Restarted the machine several times. Tested network connectivity. I can access the device page through its local IP. In HP connected I have the email set to open to everyone. I removed the printer from WP Web Services and re-added it and got a new ePrint email address. It seems that the emails to the ePrint address are getting lost along the way or blocked somehow. I have worked on this via email with HP support for two plus weeks with zero success.
