When I send emails (with attachments) from my iPhone to the ePrint address, everything works fine.
I also used the Outlook Web Access to send the same message. Everything works fine with that email client as well.
However, when I send the same email from my work computer, using Outlook 2010. The email message prints, but not the attachment.
In all instances, I am on the LAN at my office. My iPhone is on the wireless network and my PC is on the wired network. My work email account is set up on my iPhone using Apple's native Mail app and Exchange Server connection. I beleive our Exchange Server version is 2013.
They only thing I can think of is that the Mail app is encoding the messages differently than the Outlook 2010 software on my PC. All the messages are sent out using the same Exchange server so I don't know what other variations there could be.
