Having problems connecting your printer to the internet/ePrint? Below is what worked for me on my Officejet Pro 8600 N911g printer and since most people would look for a solution to this problem under something to do with 'internet' (like I did but found nothing), I have posted what worked for me here...
1. Open your printer by double clicking the hp shortcut which is hopefully on your desktop
2. Click on 'ePrint Setup' & select 'Network' from the 7 tabs accross the top of the page
3. On the left hand side, go down to the heading 'Wireless (802.11)' and select IPv4
4. Leave the 'IP Address Configeration' alone & go down to 'DNS Address Configuration'
5. Select 'Manual DNS Server'
6. In the top line put a 8 in each box (i.e 8888)
7. In the bottom line put a 4 in each box (i.e 4444)
8. Click on apply
9. Go back to 'ePrint setup' & you should now be able to connect the printer. You will be directed to the ePrintCenter when your printer connects to the internet and you will need the printout from your printer which has your printers code on it. Enter this code & set up your printers email address & your done!
Hope this helps others out there.
