Having trouble with e print not receiving emails --- everything checks out --- except on the HP connected site I GET A NOTE; SAYING ..... PROBLEM WITH PRINTER ---AN UNSPECIFIED PROBLEM WAS REPORTED. PLEASE CHECK YOUR PRINTER. .. SEE PRINTER FRONT PANEL FOR INFORMATION ON RESOLVING THIS CONDITION.
Well when I check front panel everything is normal .... there is no corrective actions suggested and if I check all my status everything passes.
