I just purchased an HP OfficeJet Pro 8610 along with Instant Ink and I have the printer set up and working great for the most part, with the exception of the web enabled services like ePrint and Instant Ink. I'm pretty sure that the problem is in the wifi setup in our office, but can't figure out a workaround. We have an Apple Airport wifi router in the office which connects to the Regus Network through an ethernet cable. All of our computers/iphones/ipads/printers are then logged into our Airport wifi network and talk to each other fine, so printing works great. The problem lies in getting onto the web. When we add a new device to the Airport network, we get a splash screen that asks for an email address and a check box to agree to terms, which pops up in a browser. Since the printer doesn't have a browser though, it tries to connect and since the Regus network can't get the feedback it wants, it fails to connect. Does anyone know if there's a workaround to that? Thanks.
